OLIVIA EDWARDS - Since 1984 Olivia has been dedicated to the real estate industry and to her many clients. Olivia's passionate commitment has earned her entry into the top 1% of all Sales Associates nationwide, and is currently President of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR) for 2009. 

Olivia's constant and never-ending improvement mindset has earned her many real estate industry awards and professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), ePro, Certified New Homes Specialist, NAR's GREEN Designation, and Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D™), trained to protect clients' rights during divorce for a stronger financial future. She is a Feng Shui strategist who reads and writes Chinese, and has served as a guest lecturer at the College of San Mateo. She joined McGuire from Keller Williams where she also acted as a Productivity Coach. She continues to help train and coach agents to build and grow their real estate business. Olivia lives in Redwood City with her husband Gary and their two Corgi’s, Emma and Sara. Olivia and her husband enjoy gardening, going to the beach, movies and family gatherings. MARY MURPHY - Born in England, Mary earned a Degree in Teaching from University of London. She enjoyed 5 years teaching Secondary School in London before immigrating to the United States. Mary has worked in the Real Estate industry for many of the top real estate companies and in 1993 she achieved entry into the top 100 Re/Max Realtors in California.

During the late 1990’s Mary used her business building skills to co-found a real estate Internet company. In 2005 she joined Keller Williams Realty as Manager and built the San Mateo California office from 34 to 110 agents in a year.

Mary welcomed an opportunity to join McGuire Real Estate, one of the most admired real estate Companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 20 years in the real estate industry she is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. She is positioned to offer invaluable expertise and options for those homeowners of luxury homes who are experiencing hardship and who are concerned about confidentiality and the need to mitigate damage to their financial status. She is able to show sellers they have options, and can save their homes from foreclosure. Mary is an avid reader, loves the theatre, music, and the American Political Scene. She enjoys sharing her real estate knowledge with fellow agents, and giving back to the community. She is a member of the Burlingame, Rotary and leads the Community Action Committee for the Burlingame office. Mary has 2 grown up sons and resides in Burlingame, California with her husband John.
